Julie Hedrick & Peter Wetzler

Painter Julie Hedrick and composer Peter Wetzler met in Toronto in 1983 and in 1985 discovered this abandoned 19th-century church in Kingston's Rondout. After decades of careful restoration they made it their home and an artists' retreat, and in 2018–2020 received Kingston's first Distinguished Artists Award.
